Once the payment goes through, payment processing fees are non-refundable to Collections By Arlo and to the customer.

Custom Pieces: Full payment is required for all custom pieces at the time of order. Production will only begin after payment is received, payment is nonrefundable. As mentioned above. Supply, payment, and time go into each item. Once an order is placed it will be fulfilled. 

Was your package sent back? When checking out you MUST include your full address, don't forget your house/apt/unit/etc. number.
